BPTP Park Generation Proj Possession delayed till Dec 2017
Bad news for anyone having bought flat in BPTP Park Generation for end user use. Received mail from BPTP saying they might deliver by end of Dec 2017. Common people like me are taken for ride by big builders like BPTP, especially Gurgaon builders. I dont how many others are in same boat. This project was to finish in 30 months plus delay of 6 months(allotment was done in Dec 2012). Its more than 36 months now. Requesting all other BPTP Park Generation allottees let's join to raise the matter in related court. We can't take it easy. Please contact me on my email davinder.gem@gmail.com more

Please check your Builder-Buyer Agreement for clause of delay in possession. Moreover, keeping in view of today's market conditions, every builder is delaying the construction. You can be advised to go to consumer forum or file criminal complaint against the builder but would that really help ? It would again take a long time to get the matter decided. So don't take any decision in haste. more

there is already a group and they are meeting regularly and sending notices to company. Why don't you get in touch with the group on wats app. more

I agree with you Mr Davinder Singh. I am also very adversely affected by delay in delivery of apartments by BPTP. I have retired and now I live on rent and at the same time I have to service home loan EMIs. There is a definite need to get together and act. more

Davinder Singh ji -- i am concerned, like many others among us, not only here in Gurgaon, BUT all over our "janam bhoomi" ! We & our judicial system(lingers on for 2-4-5 years,or beyond that is !) do whatever is likely or stretchable, BUT long ago (i'm running 82), i avoided real-estate investments, having lost hard earned money in a housing colony in Faridabad. They were running the petrol pump near K-Bagh opp. the massive statue of Hanuman ji ! We and our relations had bought 10 plots in Globe Enclave ! The promoters disappeared !!...Thus one bought properties, here in Gurgaon, much later, only when READY & regd., even IF meant paying more ! That is MUCH better than, getting stalled or cheated left & right -- being such a loose democracy, that tends to break loose at the "seams" !
