One of the best home made remedies that our parents and grand parents used to suggest and give in such cases, which are normal for all humans at all stages and ages is, early morning on empty stomach take one tea spoonful zinger juice or zinger powder (sonth), if possible mix with lemon juice and honey (if not a diabetic). One can see and realise instant reliefs. Also most importantly eat food with liesure and enjoyment, never gulp in hurry. Chew to the extent that food becomes juice in the mouth. One would not need chewing gums and any other exercise. Also ensure food is had half stomach and at least 2H before sleep. These are just few simple suggestions and remedies and will keep doctors away...Sorry to all doctor friends!!! more
