Basic Responsible duty of Parliament Houses, Assemblies and Councils

1. Important Matters Relating to Public
2. Resolving Bills Proposed
These 2 functional responsibilities of the Legislating Houses have been repeatedly disturbed and delayed exorbitantly too. It is the empowered authority of Speakers, Chairmen, and the President of the Nation to mandate these Houses responsible to the Nation and public.
When these issues are continuously cornered, it is the Judiciary to mandate at the interest of Constitution since it is the authority to cater the Constitutional obligations, provisions and mandates in the Rule of the Country as already confined by S.C. through AIR 1983 SC 624 since this issue cannot be construed or defied as external influence of the Constitutional Bodies.
Can we and the general public get JUSTICE upon this Top Most important issue of Legislating Houses since the Prime issue of JUSTICE, social, economic and political is guaranteed in the Preamble of our Constitution. Please share and conclude. more

E.C., Executive, and SC are responsible Constitutional Bodies TO remove these obstacles in Political Rule. more
As we all know, the destruction of democracy begins with the unholy nexus between private donors, special interest groups and political parties' is correct as commented by Preeti Kumar AND is obviously proved with the deny of E.C. proposed Regulations in '13, Misuse of Demonetization in 2016 ; Deny and defy of Aadhar Linkage ; Denying Limitation of Cash Transactions ; Deny and Defy of Debit/Credit Card and Bank Through Transactions ; Neglecting implementation of Card Swiping Machines in various States ; NPAs Scoring 8 lakh Crores while seconded by such Sum of unpaid Overdues that accumulated from 2006-08 ; Score of above 30% Convicted in occupancy of Legislating Houses ; DO COGNIZANTLY PROVE the set nexus between Private donors/Businessmen, Special interest groups, and, the such preferred Political Alliances. IT IS THUS BECAME A CHALLENGE TO THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA AS WELL AS THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA in correcting the System Practice of Electioneering ; Political Parties ; Political Contestants ; AND ; the code of Elected Members THAT ARE LEGITIMATELY REQUIRED TO BE MANDATED UNDER THE OBJECTIVE, CONCEPT AND PURPOSE OF 'CONSTITUTION OF INDIA' that was debated, concluded and adopted in 1950 . more
Our parliamentarians have little concern for the nation and its people neither majority of them possess the capability to have noble visions for the nation's growth and upliftment of its people. They are in the fray for their own welfare and welfare of their families. The Chairperson of the Upper House and the Speaker of the Parliament are not empowered to ensure transactions of business in the houses. The Judiciary has its limitations. The Constitution has allowed the elected representatives to behave as per their wills. In voters are unorganised with no power to recall the representatives they elected for a specified tenure. Under such a scenario, the common people are left with no option but to become silent spectators of the unruly acts of the legislators. more
But then, we are the people who vote for them. We commend such actions and re-elect them.

They take pride in stalling proceedings and not discussing issues. Half of them are not even present till a WHIP is issued by the party, depending on its political compulsion/requirement. more
Political Authorities went away from Constitutional Mandates of Education and Earning for Life just to avoid Civic disobedience more
