BAN ON PARLIAMENT WORKING

Ban on working of parliament or ban on passing of important bills until foreign minister Sushma swaraj ,Raje, chief minister of Rajasthan and Shivraj Sing c.m of m.p.India is a democratic country here all disputes are resolved through discussion in parliament. But the opposition congress is in no mood to discuss but want explanation from p.m.The explanation will give by an accused and they can not be sacked until his guilt is proved either by a court or by parliament.
It is a clear cut FATWA from a political party to go for DICTATORSHIP/ANARCHY.

iT IS THE PEOPLE OF iNDIA ARE SUFFERING;so, they must come on road and to show them their strength and bring to the notice of masses about their anti parliament activities. The speaker has rightly suspended to such erring 25 public representatives.

ANY person who is getting salary or wages is a workman as per definition of law passed by parliament.So,M.P.'s are what is very clear. They are for 5 years term to perform their duty for discussion and in passing bills after constructive suggestions/alterations.But they have failed in doing their duty and have resorted on pen down/work down strike had come on strike out side of parliament in open. so why workman dispute act is not applied on them and their salary/perquisites are not deducted for the parliament no working days.

we ,our elected govt. is being paralysed so is our countries progress is at stack then they deserve such a treatment.

i feel speaker must move in court stating all such facts for judiciary to guide when constitution is silent on such type of defamation of parliament. more

From even to-day' sessions At-least there shall be intervention either by the Chief i.e., the President of India , or, the Supreme of conductivity & implementation, the Apex Court suggesting and or directing the Political participants occupied the Legislature. more
Unless THE PRESIDENTIAL FOR OF DEMOCRACY is enacted and implemented, we cannot stop the suicides of innocent citizen being inspired and instigated by the selfish politicians. The Suicide of a Congress worker amidst Congress protester leaders and congress that gathered with petrolling himself being set to fire really QUESTIONS : 1. How pity it is that none could smell & identified the petrol/ or kerosine he carried or whether it is known to. 2. Is the A.P. Congress party do not know why their Central Congress Party did not include Special Category ; Central funding of Capital City ; Declaring North and Rayalaseema areal as backward for special financial redress ; Special financial need for Central Universities etc., Central Projects ; Special Industrial drives ; IN THE A.P. RE-ORGANISATION BILL ? 3. Why should they and their Central Congress party FAIL OR NEGLECT convincing of at least 16 States [ majority ] by which the Constitutional requirement for addressing TELANGANA & NEW A.P. States will be rightly achieved ? THE CONGRESS PARTY IS KNOWINGLY INSTIGATING THE INNOCENT PUBLIC AND IS TO BE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED AND THE SUPREME COURT BE KINGLY APPROACHED FOR THESE DEMANDS . In fact , the High Court of Hyderabad or the Supreme court have to interfere BY SUMO TO. more
STILL THERE IS NO BODY TO STAGE THE CONGRESS REFUSAL TO E.C. AVOID THOSE CONVICTED CONTESTANTS FOR ELECTION AS LEGISLATIVE MEMBERS WHILE ALSO OPPOSING TO HAVE AUDIT OF PARTY FUNDS . NONE TOOK THEM AS THE DEMOCRATIC REDRESSAL TO THE PUBLIC & CONSTITUTIONAL CONCEPT. more
You are absolutely correct. Congress has no courage to debate more
