Arun Jaitley's maiden budget is 'directionless', says Arvind Kejriwal

I will have to disagree with Arvind bhai on this....The 10000 crore fund for entrepreneurs is a great move. Tax cuts/exemptions are less but still hep the common man.

Calling Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's maiden budget 'directionless', Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said there is nothing new in it. "The whole budget is directionless," said Kejriwal.

"For the last one year, the BJP and Narendra Modi had made several promises to the people if they are voted to power. So, people had hopes that something big is going to happen today. But today, there was nothing in the budget that was presented," he added.

Kejriwal said that the people had hoped that they will get a respite from the price rise after the formation of the new government, but added that the budget is silent on the issue of inflation, and there was no step listed in it so as to tackle this menace. He also said that the budget failed to address the issue of corruption.

"There is no mention of provision to make health and education facilities better," he added. Asserting that the Economic Survey had highlighted the shortage of teachers, nurses and doctors, Kejriwal said that there is no provision in the Budget to address this. "UPA's budget also would have been the same, if Chidambaram would have been in the place of Jaitley," he added. more

Why such people keep fooling around and waste time of others . Arvind Kejriwal requires to identify himself with a direction. He himself is directionless and therefore feels that all others are directionless. Gift him a GPS to locate himself and put a sim in him to track himself first.. more
