Artificial Rain or Cloud Seeding
In addition to ensuring farmers of punjab and haryana dont bur stubble, India must implement artificial rain within one year. Below are the details of how it works. If you have ideas on how Delhi or Central Govt can put this in place, please share and then may be local circles can put forth this ask to them.
When moist clouds come in contact with silver iodide or other such chemicals, they dissipate into rain. The chemicals could be fired into the clouds from the ground or, more effectively, dropped over the clouds from aircrafts. Called cloud seeding, this method of creating artificial rain has been around for decades.
This can work only if there are moist clouds in the atmosphere in the first place. Beijing has found the method to be so effective it uses it whenever there are international conferences or national days to be celebrated in Beijing. It was used, most famously, in the 2008 Beijing Olympics to bring about clear blue skies, not only to wash smog away but also to make sure it doesn't rain during the open-air ceremony.
Cloud seeding has been found to be environmentally safe. China has a full department of weather modification that has been cloud seeding extensively. There are those who think the Chinese government exaggerates claims of cloud seeding's success, but there is growing scientific evidence that it works.
Negotiating the tumultuous currents of climate change, and cloud seeding serves as both a beacon of hope and a warning lesson. It demonstrates our ingenuity--the ability to think up something new when confronted with a challenge--while also conveying a message about our need to proceed with caution and planning. Agriculture is the lifeline of many communities around the world, particularly in developing countries, and its resilience is crucial to our shared future. While cloud seeding may serve as a temporary solution to the impending problem of water scarcity and its impact on agriculture, it cannot replace truly effective techniques for combating the bigger challenge posed by global warming.

https://www.dailypioneer.com/2024/columnists/cloud-seeding--climate-change--and-agriculture--a-call-to-action.html Though it seems like a quick answer for severe water shortages, its long-term viability and environmental impact are unknown. If not properly managed, the chemicals used in cloud seeding can hurt soil fertility, water quality, and even human health. This approach is unpredictable and dependent on meteorological circumstances, therefore it is not a fixed cure.Furthermore, cloud seeding doesn't address the underlying reasons for climate change. While cloud seeding may serve as a temporary solution to the impending problem of water scarcity and its impact on agriculture, it cannot replace truly effective techniques for combating the bigger challenge posed by global warming. If we want to ensure a future in which the Earth and all of its people thrive, we must make prudent investments in long-term mitigation methods centred on resilience, sustainability, and international collaboration. Let it be viewed as a severe challenge that requires immediate attention; it should raise consciousness and move us beyond symptomatic solutions to create a world that is robust and sustainable.

It is a sad story. We in the Govt give more preference to employment of people than the healthcare of the citizens by talking of "Employment Generated", but do not talk of how much health destroyed by their several acts including old vehicles, permitting illegal constructions and encroachments that destroy the environment of the States. The govt of India must not allow uninvited migration of people and let them settle anywhere on the footpaths, roadside, under the flyovers in the name of poverty. Why not force the States' from where they migrate to provide them shelter. Migrants must be stopped to enter Delhi right at the Railway Stations unless they give statements to the effect that they will be settling at certain particular address permitted by the Govt. State govts must take responsibility of providing kapda, roti and makaan to these people within the State itself. Such people are welcome to capital cities but on business, not for settling down without permission.

I Am sorry I did not agree to this, due to our own interest we want to go against the nature, Why can't we just stop using Old cars and trucks which are more than 10 Years old. eventually they are banned by the court but still people are using them and traffic police are not even concerned about it. We should not play with the mother nature else our children will pay the price for this.

Well at first for the time being close all such industries generates smoke and dangerous for enviorment. Like summer or winter holidays for 20 days. Then all local private vehicles to be banned for 10 days. Only in emergencies and use public trasport majorly. Well i know it looks aukward but if these short of messures are not executed then it would be difficult for each if us to servive in this enviorment. Ex. China is doing all possible efforts for the enviorment . So dont make india another china before it get too let.
