Article 354A make it bailable

Dear Sir,
Please note for grabbing land property and money in the house women in family plus in neighborhood are hatching plans and conspiracy to make fake cases on their blood relatives. Please save people from misuse of article 354 A as they can tear their clothes and can make fake cases on their family members as they have started threatening their blood relatives for tearing their clothes or making fake rape cases and approaching police for grabbing share in property by making fake cases by lodging fake FIR in police stations and woman cell by bribing policemen. So please make this article 354 A bailable so that its misuse could be prevented and people could be saved from going to jail for long term on fake cases or fake FIR lodged against them by hatching conspiracy and plans made by family members.

Mr. Pankaj Bansal: offence under Section 354A is bailable more
Though such laws are made with good intention, adequate care is not taken by the concerned who draft the contents thereof to make such laws full proof. Same situation arose on enacting the laws to protect the SC/ST people from social harassment and injustice resulting in gross misuse thereof by the opportunists for personal revenge and achievement of their sinister motives. The situation aggravates due to political interference as our politicians do not spare any opportunity to derive political advantage even at the cost of social injustice and unrest. It is still in our memory when the government was forced to reverse the verdict of the Apex Court relating to making some of the clause of the Laws relating to Protection of the SCs/STs and other backward classes from Social injustice & harassment ineffective, which were being grossly misused, as oppositions had already started to propagate against the ruling party presenting the court orders in fractions and in incorrect manners. Making the law bailable alone would not serve the intended purpose as much as intended for until suitable provisions are made for severe punishment and fine for those found guilty of lodging false complaints & FIRs with ulterior motives of harassing and defaming any one with revengeful intentions taking undue advantage of the weak parts of any law, such despised acts will continue. more
Like our Articles 37, 340, 370 etc ; Most of IPC Sections ; Laws of Financial Institutions and Election Commission more
Sexual harassment and punishment for sexual harassment, under IPC 354A can not be bailable unless a good number of examples for false/ fake FIR lodgements are observed. more
Whatever be the law and safeguards there are crook lawyers to take advantage of family quarrel and other such issues. Of course the law should be gender neutral and anybody making a false complaint should be severely punished whether it is male or female. But there is no guarantee that complaints of this nature can be obviated by law alone. Unless and until there is honesty among all stake holders these complaints are bound to happen. more
Yes. Few women and their relatives misuse such laws and threaten their husband and their parents regarding this and men due to fear of police and law take the torture silently. I think court and police need to treat both men and women equally more
