My wife age 59 years suffering from pain at right heel termed as Achilles Tendon. Any medicine could not cure it except slight relief by change in footwear. Please advise cure. more

I was able to cure mine by switching to flat footwear.. no heels at all. Now if I wear heels, the pain returns.. but I am pain free if I don't wear shoes or chapples with heels.. even a small heel of less than an inch brings the pain.. more
