Whether JK Article 370 issue ; Shaheen Bagh NRC Citizenship Challenge ; OR Chandbagh etc protesting Riots ; Protests Blocking Roads causing inconvenience in the Name of Farmers ; It is Oppressive Monopolistic Arrogant attitude Against Judiciary which is the ONLY CONSTITUTIONALLY RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY IN THE EVENT OF JUSTICE AND JUSTIFIED RULE. H'ble Supreme Court to order directing All Stakeholders to adhere to Constitutional Guidelines in matters of General Public , Safety and Equal Sharing Rights of Articles 19 , 21 , 38 and 39 SINCE IT IS THIS GENERAL PUBLIC THAT IS FUNDING FOR ALL BY WAY OF VARIOUS TAXES . more  

Precipitating Protests Shall not go like the Issues of JK Ladhak 370 ; Citizenship NCR,CAA,NPR ; Blasts at Chandbagh , Khajuri Khas, Maujour, Jaffrabad etc during American President's Indian Visit . H'ble SUPREME COURT TO TAKE INTEREST OF GENERAL PUBLIC AND NATION Ordering Such Agitators to honour SUPREME COURT PROCEEDINGS. NO RIGHT IS ABSOLUTE AND H'ble SUPREME COURT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR JUSTICE ON ISSUES RELATED TO CONSTITUTION, INJUSTICE , CRIMES OR OFFENCES. more  

This is my second-time and first-time-revised comment . ============================== Let me recall to your memory the famous lines of the Indian Supreme Court that Justice should not only be done but also appear to have been done . Almost all and each and every parliamentary proceedings of 'Debates +Discussions+Speeches' are such . Farmers themselves have never made an attempt so far publicly to drag in the parliamentary modus operandi for parliamentary-quality of Farm-related democratic patterns of debates/discussions/speeches even though it is your attempt apparently. People on the streets hardheartedly believed in post-pandemic dynamic Revolutions which may come true sooner or later ! But , Punjabi Farmers made their political revolution from the North creating current context of contemporary revolutionary politics of protest-dynamism as their topical issue , as if they are inviting another Blue-Star-Style-Operation . India is not a Banana Republic.The Central Government is a well-wisher of Farmers and doing every thing possible for uplifting their Living Standards . But, Farmers revolt for shoplifting from the Government of India on the pretext of either MSP or APMC or New Farm Laws or mini-farmers or robbing by honest private players or suppression of their incomes by dishonest public players or deterioration of their produce-valuation at the hands of seasonal public-private-buyer-partnerships. Probably, you have missed to see and hear the day-before-yesterday's (12/12/'20) morning Interview of Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman on the TV India Today Channel . I am lucky to enjoy the interview. I followed the program of interviewed 'Questions & Replies' in coordination with rapt attention . For your information, let me tell you there is no justifiable cause from the farmers side against the New Farm Laws/Bills. It is evident to me in my mind that the Farmers are either politically motivated or purposelessly impatient when the economy is legally safe in the hands of our Union Finance Minister and recovering from the passing away pandemic . Moving Courts-of-Law amounts to stampeding the Constitutional Rights of the ruling BJP Party to erode BJP's Assertiveness and Authority in matters of Farmers' interests /Benefits/Future . In fact , Farmers are indulging in national waste of Time+Energy with a narrow light in their mind for astrological petty gains. Congregation of Farmers offends all laws of Indian humanity . Verbally, as of Rules & Laws , Farmer Associations have already run afoul of the Governmental Acts & Laws & Rules with conflicting dare more  

1. TILL 3-4 Years BACK FARMERS WERE DECEIVED WITH ADULTERATED/FAKE Seeds , Fertilisers and Even Pesticides . The NDA RULE MAXIMUM ERADICATED THESE ILLFULL CHEATING PRACTICES OF BUSINESSMEN AND TRADERS. NOW IS THE ISSUE OF BUMPER PRODUCE WITHOUT FOLLOWING INEVITABLE PLANNING AND THIS MUST ALSO BE SET RIGHT . 2. Bills Enabling Farmers to Decide Sale Price, even Direct Sales to Any State, Export of their Products Removing All Restrictions Must be Ever Ensured under Article 19 Continuing Present Practice of MSP , APMC Guaranteeing Minimum Sale Price of Agricultural Products. Intrigues of Agents, Mediators Shall be DISCARDED from Now Curbing Nexus between Political Parties and Middlemen . Crop Planning Cultivating Planned Crops SYSTEM MUST BE IMPLEMENTED Which reduces Useless Bumper Stocks and losses to Cultivators. 3. General Public not to be made Scapegoat. MAXIMUM CONSUMER PRICE is a must and not Minimum Sale Price ( MSP ) . Governments need to honour striving and suffering General Public . 4. Millionaires, Billionaires and Wealthy ARE ENJOYING : A. Income Tax Exemption B. Subsidiaries on Fertilisers Pesticides C. Reliefs and Grants on Crop D. Interest Free OR Bare minimum Interest Loans E. Reschedule of Loan Repayments F. Waiver of Interest and Crop Loans too G. Crop Contractors, Tenants, Mediators also enjoying the Share from the Above 5. JUSTICE IS NEEDED WITH MCP ( Maximum Consumer Price ) AND NOT Minimum Sale Price now in Protests.
