1st guaranteed period, 10 years, mandated period 40 years ended by 1990 and to be stopped. Castes and Communities even resulting in Suicides, Killing and even Murders by paid gangs in all cases of Love Marriages between Castes seconded by those other than Families concerned . In 1963 itself, Supreme Court also confined that Caste Base is unjustified and that Creamy layer is to be deleted analyzing every 5 years. But, the Politically Selfish Congress and and their allies did not follow AND NOW IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO RE-ESTABLISH FRATERNITY and , eradicate rivalry between Castes and Communities . more
