What to say of Speed, in some areas even proper signal is not available for almost a year now. If one sees tower locations, there is no tower to serve my location (Delhi 110092). 3 times complaint is logged but no action is being take by Airtel. Since I do not want to pay Airtel without getting signal & making calls, I am being forced by Airtel to port my number to some other service provider.

I have already ported my no to Vodafone, since the situation was similar, where I was paying a monthly rent but for the past 14 months could never receive or make a call unless I went on the road from my house. Airtel simply never bothered to address the issue.

My question is, having seen all this why TRAI is not questioning the Ad being released for sharing wrong information on the speed. Some authority needs to take Airtel to task and put the Senior executives and board members to task. Only then will the various operators behave as is happening in Construction sector

No doubt Airtel is the worst. I am suing them and found their service is the worst. They have no customer satisfaction idea.
