Action Required to Make Maharashtra Better
1. Remove Toll Plazas all over Maharashtra. They result in enormous waste of precious fuel, time and cause substantial increase in Air Pollution as idling engines of vehicles emit maximum polluting matter.
2. Refusal to file a FIR should be made an Offence and concerned Police Officer should be punished with a fine for first offence and jail term for second offence.
3. Roads all over Maharashtra and more so in Mumbai should be Pot Hole Free for speedy movement of vehicles.
4. Delivery of Justice should be expedited. Even a case of Traffic Police taking bribe of Rs.10 took 22 years for resolution (Times of India, 8 Jan 17). more
