I am particularly concerned about reservation system. It is not favorable to senior citizens. I cannot get lower birth even if I book early. I find this being allotted to young people while I am placed on the upper birth. Even while reserving on the internet, they do not indicate the available seat positions while reserving. more

Dear Sir , We have to make Railway better we must have to think for our common people - those travailing in general compartments and there more than capacity peoples traveling , it crates lots off problem - 1.Unsafe travelling , 2.Toilets & washroom unclean 3.More garbage than capacity 4.Load coming to maintenance systems of railways etc First we have to analysis statistically flow or demand with respect to time - 1. Mumbai to Kokan - in ganpati festival ( Aug or sup first week ) 2. Mumbai to UP - Mostly Diwali and chat puja 3. Mumbai to Chennai - Diwali there regional or geographical reasons peoples travailing with there family's Analysis and try for better options like non - stop trains in most used stops like Mumbai to Patna if train is getting full in this station why we are wasting time in between them . Foe festival there should be more crowd in capitals so make them diversified so security crises optimization & load on one station diversified to other location IN THIS ONLINE PEOPLES TOKING FOR ONLINE RESERVATION BUT ONLY 30% peoples using online system remaining are offline more
