Accelerator, Incubator, VCs - Is everything clean?
Recently met a bunch of entrepreneurs. One of them detailed his ordeal about a VC asking him for a kickback in exchange for getting funding from his fund. The way he was describing, I was shocked. Said some super angels/accelerators were also in the middle. End game was that VC fund will fund the company and the VC senior employee will take a cut back from the entrepreneur through some other guy in between who will act as consultant/accelerator.
Very curious to learn if other people have experienced anything like this. Used to earlier hear stories from dad how bank loan managers used to take cuts from entrepreneurs in exchange for a percent of the loan. more

Mr. Vishal Khanna, What is new in it! Most of the Indians are damn corrupt. Banks and other Govt. financing agencies are established dens of corruption. I had been working with a highly reputed bank for 32 long years and I fought out corruption althrough but I could bring a very little change in the system.Leave it to the fate of the Indians. Do you believe if you have one man - you call him, VERY POWER FULL PM. You are day dreaming. Take my advice based on 40 years of experience in business. Enter in business, if and only if you have no other option. Try some government job or if educated try to migrate out of India. The mistake I did in 1978. For Entrepreneur class - you should know how to negotiate bribe amount, it's an art. Giving bribe will be daily affair, more important is how much you can bargain. more

I have been writing letter to CM and Pm on how to improve health of people by Lions Clubs International teaching people how to take care of Pain and Weakness, improve eyesight, Treat self for Diabetes etc. The Indian Armed Forces, Maharashtra Police, Directorate of NCC and NSS appreciates it, but there is no response from the concerned authorities. I contacted a big shot from BJP, the reply was how much will I share with the authorities concerned. I told I am doing it free I will share 100 percent blessings with them. But the answer was how much cash? I said when I am doing a free service how much should i give them? more
