AAP on work

The party has made a provision that contractors will receive money only when locals will approve the quality of their work.
These activities unnoticed or remained unpublished by paid media , i won't evaluate or criticize BJP on the basis of first month , but party should remember that its also started shouting when AAP was in power since the very first day, even when they provided the subsidy since the 3rd day in electricity and water along with handling corruption in a better way . I request all the members to support the good work in the interest of public. more

Dear Sunil Vadehraji,Thank u very much for yr comments.To b very frank, until recently most of the people use to think that whatever various agencies b it MCD/MLA fund usage or constructing a flyover or laying of new Metro lines r charities to us the citizens from them.But it is our money(tax payer's money) only and it should b spend judiciously and they should b accountable, and by taking the citizens into confidence(as they r our elected representatives only) and it is not a charity.This feelings has been raised in my mind and I think many more like-minded people only recently, and I think for this all credit goes to AK only. Thank you members I definitely propose your idea in front of AAP team. It would be implemented in the 2nd phase or at the time of payment to the contractor. more

Thank you Guhaji for your kind words and appreciating my ideas about correcting the malaise in the system. What is needed is redefining the system so that, not only AAP but irrespective of party in power, a transparent system is evolved, decided and practiced. more

Dear Sunil Vadehra,I am also of the same view as u have.AAP should submit details of Tender values, performance guarantee and all other clauses compliance by the contractor, which r stipulated in the LOA(LETTER OF AWARD).AAP should abreast the residence of their right to know about the spending by MLA/MCD of their area and they r very much accountable for these spendings , which until now Cong/BJP has not cared to do so.Cong/BJP use to think that they r doing a favour to the residence by spending money from their pockets.Sir, u rightly said a lot can b done in this area, which until now nobody has cared to do.
