Aadhar Card Address requirement
I would like to bring to notice an anomaly in list of valid documents to be submitted by an individual for address change in the Aadhar.
One of the valid documents required for change in residential address mentioned by UIDAI for change in residential address, which can be submitted by a given individual is "tenancy" agreement. Thus, any new tenant in an accommodation can submit his "tenancy agreement" of 11 months duration for incorporating his/her address change in his/her Aadhar.
Surprisingly, the same list does not include the official "registry deed" of a flat/house by the house owner as the valid document for address change in Aadhar. Thus, while a "rent agreement" submitted by a tenant, who may be staying in a particular flat/house for only 11 months, is allowed as a valid document by UIDAI as a valid document, the house owner of the said flat/house is disallowed the submission of "registered deed" of the same flat/house as a valid document.
A case in point is of my son, who has his own flat in NCR, his wife and two children. Incidentally, because of this anomaly they cannot get new Aadhar cards. This implies they cannot get address change incorporated in their bank records, driving licences and all other documents, because now Aadhar is required at each and every place. In turn, I and my wife, both retired from Government service and residing with our son, are also deprived of the facility to change residential address in government records, including banks.
I would, therefore, like to raise this issue with help of Local Circles with the UIDAI authorities, so that many of people like us do not suffer for no fault of ours.
Sir, Sale deed is included as one of the document for address proof. Regards.

Just number should suffice, no need for Back and front of Aadhaar card for every single ID proof ..

Point here is why the ' Registry deed" is not in the list. If owner ship is not considered even name on electricity bill (technically) also not allowed. I do not think the rule makers have done it unintentionally, they may be having some thing in mind for not recognizing Ownership deed. what is it?

I would like to ask everyone of you as to why are we making our own life miserable in our own country. Looking at today's condition many people will be moving from their present residences due to search of new jobs/earnings. DO YOU WANT THEM TO SPEND REST OF THEIR LIFE IN CHANGING THEIR ADDRESS IN AADHAR CARD. LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS WE HAVE TODAY, AADHAR, PAN, ELECTION CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, PASSPORT, RATION CARD ETC ETC. Can't our intelligent govt form a some sort of method which makes life easier for us to live even if we have to move every month. Or will nature should send another virus which forces everyone to make move and then only Govt will act. We are implementing technology without thinking miles ahead. Our intelligentsia only looks at few meter in front of them and beyond that the future poor generation has to start breaking their head. Our ministers bureaucrates travel world wide. Can't then learn from countries like Singapore, USA, Germany how they have implemented things. No they will never because they need some work for their presence to be felt important. Only God can save us if he has mercy or a virus like Corona nothing else can improve us.

Your case appears to be wherein your son is able to get Aadhar card with registration document, but not the family members. In this case, we need to submit those documents which prove family relationships of the individuals with the owner of the house. Example - marriage certificate in case of spouse, birth certificate in case of children etc. Marriage certificate, if specifies names of parents, may be acceptable for Aadhar for parents also. Please check.
