A P J Abdul Kalam's PURA project: Neglected, needs relook

Our former president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's dream project PURA(Provision of Urban Amenities to Rural Areas) which conceptualizes our rural hubs to create economic opportunities outside of cities has not been taken seriously so far.
PURA is a powerful project to empower the village folks to compete economically in par with the cities'.
Considering the increasing migration of village youth to cities, PURA seems to be the best solution. more

Welcome dear Rajiv.More importantly Dr Kalam has time and again been emphasizing the use of our vast reserves of thorium in our atomic programs. That will put an end to all our humiliation in begging supplier groups for graded U235 The PM may pay urgent attention in this regard more

Dream project PURA can become effective if selfless workers & professional supporting cause associate. I, for one, support & can help in many ways for such schemes near Vadodara. It only need the coordinator to sit with interested persons having common cause. I respect Dr Abdul Kalam. more
