Yes I agree I had been to DIPP recently to meet some official in charge of Start up India But they are not clear about what type of businesses are eligible The definition relates to the terms new innovative and value additon of services Greater clarity has to emerge on how businesses can be validated on these criteria A lot seems to be at the discretion of the incubator more

sir u r correct though our beloved PM Narendra modiji is gettting up with new schemes and theory ,but the implementation of these scheme have not reached the common public.i too a small business man trying to get benefit of these schemes but no other than the officals in dehli know about the schemes.even i have applied for mudra yujana yet 3 months passed but no clarification yet. I think the problem with the bureaucracy is that they are in habit to call a glass as half empty instead calling it half filled. What stops them to take a positive interpretation of a policy and move the Nation forward.No one is ever hanged if he / she has worked in the public interest. more
