I have a suggestion if the local circle administrator can bring out a paper on root cause analysis, issues, concerns in the increasing rate of divorces, 498a/406, rapes. One of the point I would like to add is that this has become an industry and there is a lot of corruption involved in this industry. I have heard a woman having paid an amount of Rs. 4.00 Lakhs as bribe to police in getting her husband and in-laws arrested. Lot many news in the print/ e- media about fake complaints of rapes. more

It is to be observed that the entire in-laws of the female spouse are treated very badly after marriage and the male spouse is detached from his family. The male spouse suffers silently and suffers silently. In case he gets involved in domestic violence he is doomed and has no remedy. The law should treat that both spouses are capable of treating bad each other and there may not be a witness for evidence also. Hence the need for a detailed investigation before judgement is needed. more

The Sharings and findings of Sri SK Virmani and Sri Rajeshwar Shukla are thus both correct . Faulty Cases shall be set with Serious punishment as well as heavy Fine and Penalty since it is the issue of life and Living Soul . Since last beyond 9 years , Male Spouse and his entire Family are set for whole Life insult distress . Some are even resorting to Suicide just because of the mischievous cases . Female Spouses are also to be equally treated as Males since the issue of Divorce disgraces both and in many issues where cases reached Courts , the issue of Family set up and Carry of Family became Wealth Concentrated . The Supreme Court and the National Law Commission have to think analyzing the issues with real Facts which are to be concluded by a Commissioner Status Authority before arresting in the issues of Atrocity , Domestic Violence etc., . more

@Shri Rajeshwar Shukla, The Act does not ensure prevention of domestic violence on a woman. In fact the misuse of the Act by filing fake complaints cause more and more domestic violence on other women (mother-in-laws , sister-in-laws are not treated as women). One fake complaint is the source of torture to not one man but may be on an average three men and three women. more

Some more dangerous Laws which can be easily misused rather than S.498a and 406. Eg. PWDV ACT (Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act), where nothing is required except informing concerned officer that there was or is "violence" against a lady. (the act by itself is exceptionally good to prevent domestic violence and has gone to the extent of saving women from most criminal dealings). But the fact is that it has and is being misused. There is no need for bribing! Just act... and act... you can spoil a man - a gentleman's life! more
