Hi I have applied to transfer my pf through otcp portal and the same has been approved by both my present as well as by my previous employer. After that I got an sms mentioning that your form tansfer claim has been approved for payment through cheque. Payment under process.

But it has been almost 5 months and the status in the otcp portal is - Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.

Now please help me whom do I need to contact regarding to resolve the transfer process in a quick manner. more

please keep in touch with the pf officials. some times it may take time 1month. if not responding add it to the greiveinces mentioning all the details like PF no., date, details, . then they will certainly respond and allot a pf official and he will guide you in this regard, follow him and make the issue resolved. more  
I have been with similar problem for the last six months. Raise grievance through epfigms.gov.in. You will get Ann K details( attachment). Visit Regional Office with printout of AnnK. They will verify the status of transfer. My Ann K was rejected by the Local PO office due to some errors in generation and my amount was transferred my EPF previous account to SBI account( general PF account). I have been fighting with them, No use. I am preparing to fight with RO legally. All the best . more  
Raise a grievance ticket from the pf portal with full details. Wait for 30 days approx. You will get reply with transfer details like date of transfer, cheque number or online transaction reference number from pf office. Take that information to your hr and raise a complaint. If pf was transferred to a govt pf account then it takes along time to update. If transfer wad done to a pf trust the amount should reflect immediately or in like 30 days. It all depends on which 3rd party vendor manages the pf trust fund. more  
Sometimes its so happen, after receiving the proceeds from the previous employer, the present employer take some time to update the data hence delay takes place it in updating the data. more  
Contact the PF Office and if necessary write to the Commissioner, he willhelp you. more
