I left hcl in april 2015. And I have requested pf transfer in Oct 2016 in Tech Mahindra. Since then the transfer request is stuck at some stage at the end of hcl and I got the following mail from Epf office regarding the same -

With reference to your grievance, it is to inform you that PF transfer of Rs.40058/- has been received from GN/GGN/5572/257976 and added to your account on 10/03/2016. But, your EPS details are not not received till date. So, you are requested to contact Gurgaon PF Office regarding the same. "
After getting the above message a went to Gurgaon pf office a number of times and confirmed that the PF lies with hcl trust and the EPS number should be shared by hcl so that transfer can take place.
Kindly help me with the same as it is going to be a big loss for me in case pf is not transferred.

File a complaint against HCL to EPFO about your transfer, they send their Enforcement Officer. more

Mohan, Since HCL maintains PF in a Trust your PF Xfer has 2 components. Xfer of EPF from HCL Trust to your current PF account in Yahoo and second, is Xfer of Pension benefits from HCL PF account to Yahoo. Now seems from your mail like part 1 is done. Please verify by looking at your present PF account in Yahoo. In parallel you have to now initiate the EPS Xfer. HCL payslips contain both the EPF and the EPS (PEnsion) number. Pension is maintained at the Gurgaon RPF office. So look at an old payslip. if you dont have it go to the online Alumni portal of HCL and download your last payslip. it will have the EPS number. If you still cant get it write to PFhelp@hcl.com and ask for the EPS number. with the EPS number initiate a EPS Xfer using form 13 more

THis is clearly the carelessness at HCL. Pl take up strongly with HCL and make a formal complaint to the concerned PF commissioner against HCL if they do not respond on time. Do not let it drag. more
