Mr Jain, Good to hear from you---my primary concern is with encroachment of land specified as govt property---which is under the DM---most of the houses on the ground floor have occupied,in some cases,all the available land in front of their houses---its really become a joke in the present circumstances ;at places,not even an inch of land exists between the road and the said house---this piece of land has been allocated for the pedestrian and no house-holder has any right to encroach upon it; even if the office of the DM,for the sake of an argument,is not liable for these encroachments,it can always inform the said agency to do the needful. more

I agree for ban on crackers after 10 PM. But at the same time DM should ensure that SSP & SP should also work to curb the robberies happening in the greater noida in broad day light and not a single case has been cracked down. Pathetic, what is the point in filling FIR, which is lying in the dust. more

Dear Suneet I think you are not aware of the fact the in Noida encroachment on Noida leased properties is matter under Noida Authority and DM can only handle encroachment on public propertiesband facilities as roads etc. which he is going to crack down after Diwali. I agree with Mr Parimal regarding illegal use of tinted glasses,loud sirens and red flashing lights in private vehicles. The law is the same for everyone. more
