i left my company 5 months back but they are not cooperating to forward my claim forms so i sent my claim forms directly attested by gazetted officer.But EPFO asked me to sent them scanned copies of UAN based forms online which I did(since employer is not copoperating) now they tell me that only Bank a/c number and PAN are approved by the Employer but AAdhar card is not approved so they cannot release my payment.Neither is employer willing to approve my AAdhar. Now does that mean I will never get my money Can someone please advice Thank you

Dear John, Don't worry and panic about pf money. It's your's always, but may take time to get it. Many private companies this is the situation, they play with employees future and have fun. Some private companies treat employees like slaves. PF departments are employee friendly may be slow. Work with PF grievances department. Hope you get sure results. Regards Arun more

Hi, I withdrew my EPF amount recently and did not have my Aadhar then. They asked for PAN only. PAN should be enough for withdrawal process. more

I fully agree and endorse the view of Mrs Lakshmi Devi. Aaadhar card is a unique ID and once it is issued by the authority no body other than that authority or Government can disapprove or invalidate. You have every right to go to EPF Commissioner and Finance Ministry Government of India. It is your hard earned money and accumulated EPF cannot be detained and withheld unless such sufficient reasons are there . In your case you are having every right to claim the amount. You can also claim penal interest for the inordinate dalay Please seek an expert advocaes advice and proceed. more
