My date of birth wrongly posted in EPF Bandra at the time of joining of new company. I have send application through company to EPF Bandra office two times but still not updated in EPF portal, so I can not check my PF online. How government people work I don't know. Any body can suggest what can I do now. more

Hi, If you have ack. copies of the documents forwarded earlier with this you may contact or write to PF grievance cell and lodged a complaint. OR you may submit joint declaration form raised by you and signed by previous employer(wherein the dob is mentioned wrongly) with support document like school leaving certificate where your DOB is mentioned If possible add aadhaar card copy to close this. There is one form called PF JOINT DECLARATION form fill the details which are need to rectify. Get signature of your employer on that form. more

You need to wait and watch , even in my case I have been struggling to rectify my own name (strange enough to have my member name tagged with other person whom I do not know at all -:)) for the last one year without any result. My new company is about to create a new UAN number for that linked to my new PF no, since member name is showing wrong information to my UAN. The PF Govt works like hell. So nothing to do but waiting and waiting. more
