Most of you probably already know this, but... most artificial sweeteners cause autoimmune response effects which can increase inflammation around the body and therefore, worsen Fibro symptoms.

Easily the #1 thing you must cut from your diet completely - if you haven't already - is artificial sweeteners.

READ PRODUCT LABELS FOR: Aspartame, neotame, sucralose, saccharin, acesulfame. (Trade names include: Sweet-N-Low, Equal and Splenda.)

DO NOT allow the product into your home if it contains those things.

Be especially alert when the packaging says "diet", "light", "0 calories" or "no sugar added" - as these products are often loaded with these and other chemicals. more

Brown rice is not bad for diabetics more
NICE INFORMATION. AT TIMES VERY CHEAP CHEMICALS ARE USED AS SWEETENERS. FRUITS LIKE WATER MELON, MUSK MELON, SARDA ETC ARE INJECTED WITH SUCH CHEAP SWEETENERS. THESE ARE VERY HARMFUL TO THE HEALTH AND ARE TOXIC. IF CONSUMED IN LARGE QUANTIES CAN CAUSE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES. more
Dr Gosai has rightly raised the issue in the interest of public. If anyone finds useful they have to do the research regarding the issue. Those who are in favour of artificial sweeteners may not like it. But Dr Gosain is not required to answer all the questions. It is optional to answer or not to answer. Even though I know the issue, it is neglected. Thanks Dr gosai raising the issue. more
