A 3-5 persons will need to handle this n should be free to come for meeting with epfo sr.officer. we will try to resolved pending issues of pune personnel.

I appreciate the appeal of Shri O.P. Kale and would request all the Members of Pune based EPFO to join hands, collect the data, and form a group of 4-5 members to meet and articulate the appeal. I suggest that under the heading 'Details' also include the name of the employers who do not deposit their contributions regularly and also do not cooperate in sharing information they have to provide to the EPFO, nor provide employees the monthly returns of deposits. Further, it would be worthwhile to form such such groups in all metro cities, while my organisation in Delhi would like to form an apex body to take up the EPFO matters with the Union Finance Ministry, and if required, with the Parliamentarians for an all India action because the menace is prevalent throughout the country. If needed, the apex body would file the Class Action Suit in the Supreme Court. I do invite comments from EPFO members in the country along with the suggested details in the following format: EPFO Member Name Address Contact Nos (Mobile and Landline with STD Code) Email ID EPF No. UAN No. UID No. Employer's Name Complete Postal Address with PIN No. Name of the Proprietor/MgDir/COO Complaint Detail: Status of Employer's Contribution Status of the Monthly Return that should be given to the employee with balances. Withdrawal Issue pending with the Employer (Consent) Labour Officer of the Area with name and complete address with contact details.
