Hi...team,there is one legal advise sought by me,that if anybody gets some blank stamp paper signed by property owner(mother in this case) and afterward he fills it up stating that the owner(mother) has taken some money from him and in case of non refunding of amount,he will be the only owner of owner's(mother's)property,no other brother or sisters will be entitled to get the share.
So, my question is how much that stam papers are valid legally and what the other co-sharer should do to nullify that document.
pl. share your experience and leagal knowledge on this matter.
The mother had to prove it was signed under coercion or duress in a court then she may have a chance to getback the property.

As I think, if the property belongs to the forefathers and/or acquired by the father from his own earned money, the mother has no right to deprive her other children from that property. However, it is advisable to consult an advocate in the matter.

Varsha Korgaonkar my father in law also says he will not give any share from his owned home. He will give that home to his elder son (my husband's brother) because he is not having any child to look after in his old days. I am having my son who is 5 years old now and deteched ADHD , speech delayed, learning disabilities peoblem. I have spen five years of my married life with in laws in joint fMily. That elder broher in law get seperated before my marriage. Now i am staying on rent basis. And aged in laws are staying alone in their room because his elder son has not ready to take his responsiblity... But still my father in law wan to give his whole property (own earned) to my elder broher in lAw only.. The prooerty's original documents are with my brother in law only. Finally i will not getting anything from my father as well as from my in laws also.. I M feeling too much helpless because more thN 80% of my husband salary i hv to spend on my sons tratment.. Now how can law support me in both the cases.. Or as usal ANDHA KANUN especially for truth ?
