7 Days GM Diet plan looks Easy and Tempting!!

Hello friends, Commonly known 7 Days GM Diet plan looks so easy and tempting.
Reduce 5 Kgs in just 7 days, that too by eating all Fruits, Veggies, Salads and almost everything. Worth trying!!
One of my friend followed this and she reduced 4.2kgs in 7 days.
Is anyone here ready to start, we can start together from tomorrow, let me know.

One thing they said is declare publicly when you are going to start, that helps keeping you motivated :)

Hello Benu, Me and one of other Localcircles friend have started today. Mine is 60.1 Her weight is 88. Will be happy even if we reduce 2Kg by following this. We are not following it that strictly. You can start with us from today if you want. It is all about eating fruits, vegetables, having shakes etc..you can do 5% here and there. with 1 hour walk. So Easy to follow. Lets do it. more  
pls recommend an easy to follow daily regime to lose wt. i am a farly active person, walk too daily and careful abt my intake. more  
It looks tempting, u will loose weight but would be very difficult once you stop it as you can not continue this diet for long. And these type of diets are not good for the system as you challenge your body and doesnot provide balanced nutrition. This is my opinion. This diet is very old. I have seen my patients who followed these and ultimately gained double with some or other deficiency. This is only my opinion, rest depends on you if you can maintain. more
