30 CRORE Civil Defamation suit to shut my mouth
I received defamation suit of Rs. 30 crore from my past employee, now competitor on the ground of false, frivolous allegations to the customer mainly MES ( Military Engineer Services), actually only 2 parties one from Ahmedabad & one from Pun e made illegal CARTEL, monopoly, same so called manufacturer is contractor, supplying sub standard product, no BIS certification, CE/UL. Can anyone advise legally correct course of action, i am worried, what happen, both are trying to shut me. I raised the certain irregularities based on which MOD, EINC is taking corrective action, arranged all India meeting, invited me & trying to clean & correct the system. All my complains complied & officially circulated & published on the web site of MES.
The hearing is on 30 Nov, court asked us to submit reply of their points in 30 days. They also asked for Interim order to stop me from further writing mails highlighting their game to the public of India. Is any legal help or aid available freely?

O.K..If you own a company and how your ex employee has put a defamation suit.Was the supplies through him were of the order of 30 crore to MES.Was it one site or several sites. I do deal techno legal contracts cases Let us see what exactly he means How court can accept a case from an employee for 30 stores. When his salary cumulative of all years is not that much. His material supplies excluding civil works and any electrical or instrumentation or piping of any single contract does not come to 30 stores. Then the case is to be struck off. You have no option except to fight back. If you are correct, why to worry? I am sure that if you are not at fault, not only the case would be dismissed but also you will get litigation expenses. more

Best is to expose to news media and continued with the suit.. but before filing defense also file counter claim. In Rajasthan please check to maximum Court fee and file counter claim. This might bring them on settlement table. Also be dogmatic whilst settlement. For you to file counter claim. Seek advise from experts as regards amount is concerned. Regards. more

As a lawyer, I would like to know what has been the cause of action, and a copy of the plaint in the defamation suit. Then only one could advise the defense. more
