10 areas of governance improvement for Delhi Government

Based on everyone's input, here is what I have put together as 10 areas needing work in Delhi:

1) Overhaul of RWA, Co-operative Societies
2) Corruption in Real Estate/Private Sector
3) Corruption in Delhi Government Departments
4) Hygiene/Sanitation and Stray Dog Menace
5) Healthcare and Health Insurance
6) Education
7) Electricity
8) Water Distribution
9)Women Safety
10) Simplification of State Taxes

I have tried to keep the topics broad so a related area could be included as a sub topic. In the interest of time, lets proceed forward. Starting today, I will post one area a day and request everyone to provide their inputs on that topic by replying to the post as a comment so I can track the thread. I will also include previous suggestions that were compiled by Devakumar ji.

Here is what would be required of all.
1) Provide inputs if you have any for that topic.
2) If you have expertise in the area and are willing to volunteer to help the Government (no conflict of interest please), please come forward and provide your details and area of expertise.

Lets wrap up this exercise by end of February and whitepaper submitted to CM and his team by March 15th latest. I will contact the individuals who have volunteered to help with compilation as needed.

Best regards. more
