I have booked air ticket from air coasta airlines vide NPR 02T4H1 on 28.02.2017 for travel on 31.07.2017. Air coasta closed their services and informed to refund my amount of Rs. 13937.00 for six tickets from Hyd-Chennault. I have booked through easemytrip.com. Neither air coasta nor easemytrip taking responsibility to refund the fare. They simply cheated so many customers and giving lame excuses. Please help how to get back the amount. Also this should not be repeated for others.
