UBER

I HAVE BEEN USING UBER AND FOUND THEM TO BE PROMPT AND REASONABLE. OTHERS I HAVE NOT TRIED AS SOME OF THEM ARE COSTLY.

I was disappointed with the response to my complaint with UBER...I booked a Uber from Andheri MIDC to International Airport on 30th Jan 2017, I was suppose to drop my wife at Marol at my In laws place..I asked the drive to take the cab via Marol to Airport..The driver asked me to and my Wife to get the cab and said you better call the call center and speak to them I will not ride you guys Marol will only drop you to Airport will not halt any where in between. I tried contacting the Uber support but it looks like they don't have any support line we have to send them a mail & uber will only communicate via mail. I want to know how many of our fellow Indian know to write a mail. & suppose tomorrow the driver does something wrong with any female passenger who will provide security to them. I think Uber should is also acting lie a Kaali Peeli guys very arrogant. I will suggest every one to stop using UBER. at least for Kaali Peeli we have can take them to police but what about UBER... UBER service is a piece of crap....there is no security.
