TO GO TO PLAT FORM NO.3 FROM THE STATION MAIN ENTRANCE IS A HERCULEAN TASK ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY AND DIFFABLED PASSENGERS. THERE ARE A HUGE FLIGHT OF STEPS WHICH HAVE TO BE CROSSED BEFORE REACHING THE PLATFORM. EVEN IF YOU TRY TO USE THE BACK ENTRANCE OF THE STATION TO GO TO PLAT FORM NO.3 THE TASK IS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT SINCE THERE ARE NO PORTERS. IT IS A TOUGH TASK FOR THE ELDERLY AND LADIES TO CLIMB THE STAIRS AND REACH THE PLATFORM WITH THE HEAVY LUGGAGE IN HAND. HENCE THE RAILWAYS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCE ESCALATORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PASSENGERS. THEY SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT THE ESCALATORS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION.
