Can't explain in words the Trauma and Humiliation one has to face daily. After paying a huge parking fees your car gets scratches and dents as a gift. Forget about the paid parking , the DELHITIES ARE NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH TO DRIVE AND PARK. NEW RICH BREED WHICH IS DOMINATING DELHI, PARK THEIR VEHICLES ON THE ROAD AS IF THEY HAVE PARKED INSIDE THEIR PREMISES. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT ANY BODY'S PROBLEM . MY SUGGESTION IS THAT " WHILE ISSUING A DRIVING LICENCE THERE SHOULD BE A MINIMUM QUALIFICATION" REQUIREMENT ALSO.

In Tilak Nagar, save for an authorized parking lot under the flyover, there is no parking management. Jams are a constant, and a metro station has made no difference. On lots where parking fees is collected, it is without signages and you can't make out whether the parking attendants are employees of the corporation or not.

There is hardly any parking management, in Vikaspuri . on Shaheed Rajguru Marg . Residents have to jostle through parked vehicles on both sides of road, to reach there homes. Especially ....
a) In afternoons when schools buses are parked hafazardly on this narrow road.
b) Whenever there is some celebration in Maharaja Agarsen Bhawan, guests park there vehicle on the road , which creates a big mess for traffic movement.
c) On thurs- days, there is total chaos due to parked vehicles & thurs-day market.

Other Bottleneck is stretch in front of Janakpuri District Centre, on Najafgarh road, to cross just 100 metres ,it takes one hour. Although there is a police post just on this stretch, but to our dismay they never bother to manage traffic.
This due to unmanaged parking on this stretch,and other reason is the traffic coming from Janakpuri, from newly opened elevated at outer ring road & from Tilak nagar side.
Overall it is pathetic state of affairs.

Traffic congestion is a major cause for air & ,noise pollution.Imagine a situation just opposite the Jt.CP(South) office,near Jasola/Apollo Metro station.All connecting roads on all sides are choked by cycle/E rickshaws/Autos to pickup passengers during peak hours in the morning.No policemen to be seen.Daily there are jams.
Further footpaths/pavements all round are full of unauthorized encroachments.
Traffic on main Sarita Vihar Jasola Vihar kalindi link road. Traffic violaters are mostly Pvt.buses,cabs,
bikes wrong sides etc.Regular deployment of traffic police is reqd.at all important crossings.All encroachments should be removed forthwith.
There is muck & filth all around in Jasola/Sarita Vihar/Leader resettlement colonies.
