I have taken the liberty of pasting someone else's post as he says it all!

STRAY DOGS are everywhere i.e on the road, in the streets, in the parks, playgrounds, near the restaurants and sometimes in the ground floor verandas of the houses.

They create following nuisance:
1. Dog Bites
2. All night sleep disturbance due to barking and howling
3. Harassing walkers on the road, streets, parks etc
4. Chewing of the Antenna of the parked cars
5. Scratching and denting the Car roofs
6. Littering the garbage
7. Pooping all over the streets
8. Spreading Diseases
9. Attacking the Pets
10. Causing accidents specially with cyclists and two wheeled vehicles

Please stop this menace.

Every animal lover should be assigned the upkeep duty of five stray DOGS each at his/her house . Then they will realise the sufferings of common men of Delhi due to stray animals .

It's only theoritical. Not able to see any action on it. Most of the accidents on street are happeing due to this mis- management. I have seen people staying in 450 sq ft house in tughlakabad extn have 10/12 cows. Just imagine where these cows stay.... on the roads only..
