The situation of stray animals is one of the worst in Patna as everywhere you find cattle ,dogs & others even on the main roads
They not only make the roads dirty but pose a serious traffic problem .
There is no clear planning and working on this making it a nuisance for the city Traffic.

On top of which The Dustbins on the road are not placed properly ( disturb traffic also ) They should be better managed /cleaned /placed properly.
Collection should also be from designated areas at regular interval as per requirement.
Good part is that the collection happens at night
