Max Health care hospital

Max Hospital is just the name, they charge for their name only. The quality of infra and staff is going down...

This is the worst private hospital I have seen in Gurgaon. Their charges are also high, but the services are very poor and the management is looting the public by prescribing unnecessary tests. I once took appointment with ENT specialist - Dr Gera, however after making payment, I found that the dr was not there and after waiting for 15 minutes, he sent some body from the ward who seemed to me to be a new doctor under training. He gave some prescription on Dr Gera slip, but the patient name mentioned was some body else and not mine. I noticed this afterwards.
