Continuously falling standard and loosing business. Old staffs retired new promotes are non customer friendly. Officers are self centered does not entertain the visitors. Visitors keeps waiting for hours specially ED vigilance head. Full of corruption in allotting work insurance cover given on false medical reports 100% even policy issued to dead persons. This is my personal experience.
