Random and quite frequent power cuts. Rates increased every 6 months.

There is no place by name Bangalore. Also KPTCL is not responsible for power distribution. So asking any feedback about KPTCL by end users is not correct.

BESCOM charges are very high. Billing is deliberately done in an untimely manner to bill arrears and penalties. Supply is alos eratice.
