Indigo means hype, high drama, high BP to the passengers and finally delayed flights. They do a lot of over action, they are highly arrogant, they are by no means economical. I fail to understand why they get awards which they proudly announce every now and then.

By and large service is okay but couple of areas need attention. They have the lousiest food though prices are high. They don't have choice of teas even dip tea is available on request only some times. You have to be lucky to get milk for tea or coffee.
A bigger issue is when they get delayed in departure. You will not be notified at all or at best last minute. If you are at the boarding gate you will not find anyone from the airline and you will have to run around till last minute to know what the final departure time is as also the boarding gate which could be far away. In the pretext of maintaining silence in airports, you will get no announcement or apology.

Funny policy in pricing, though till now I found the airlines quite good but when I start booking more than three tickets, the rates start differing and it looks professionalism has gone to dogs. Looking for a better prospect for a industry which does not have anything of their own except the loaned aircraft

Indigo Airlines

Debris behavior of Indigo staff in HYD airport and a pregnant lady forced to follow the long queue, resulting in "flight miss" even we had web-check in and on time arrived into Airport Hyderabad

However, it was only due to Indigo staff ignorance but passengers have to bear the additional cost of go and fro and airfare charges +same for the next day.

I called customer care and talk to the service desk but all in vain, they per imposing everything on us which is really exasperating and irresponsible behavior.

I was feeling very helpless and furious just because as Indigo staff spoiled our trip home with the medical condition of my pregnant wife. I also suffered a lot with my family who came along to pick up us on Airport from remote location Himachal.

Still not able to understand where should I raise my voice and to I should blame for this incident.
