Services have deteriorated. Even ground services are not up to standard. It is also surprising to note that if you do web check-in all are paid seats except middle seats. In case of other airlines like Jet airways, at least last few rows are fully free seats. So if two or more persons are travelling together, only one seat available free.
Off late their service has deteriorated and also have become very arrogant .After jet looks like riding high but it is not going to last long and they should be taught a lesson by people in not going in them since service has also become bad and with charges for seat which is doing the rounds since more than a month shows their attitude towards customers.
They charge convenience money for booking through their website which is unwanted
Two Airlines are coming up,apart from AIR INDIA.The standards were good from the beginning from SPICEJET.The new Air craft may be of some doubtful performance.But The Pilots of both Spice jet,and Indigo are steering well.
The performance of the cabin crew is improved latest.

Debris behavior of Indigo staff in HYD airport and a pregnant lady forced to follow the long queue, resulting in "flight miss" even we had web-check in and on time arrived into Airport Hyderabad

However, it was only due to Indigo staff ignorance but passengers have to bear the additional cost of go and fro and airfare charges +same for the next day.

I called customer care and talk to the service desk but all in vain, they per imposing everything on us which is really exasperating and irresponsible behavior.

I was feeling very helpless and furious just because as Indigo staff spoiled our trip home with the medical condition of my pregnant wife. I also suffered a lot with my family who came along to pick up us on Airport from remote location Himachal.

Still not able to understand where should I raise my voice and to I should blame for this incident.
