5th cross, 7th iblur main- too much stray dogs- needs to be addressed on immediate basis

I see dogs and cattle everywhere. Cows are roaming on the roads troubling the people driving in already conjusted roads. Dogs will scare you to death if you are drivining on a 2 wheeler in the night. They roam in groups and attack together
