11054 Azamgarh-LokmanyaTilak Terminal Express Train

I would give this train zero rating as this train is always late and it's toilet's are stinky no water as all the tap's leak even in 2nd a/c compartment of this train. I recently had to experience the displeasure of travelling on this train. Please do something about it.
