Registration of Birth and Death in Rural areas.
I have a farm land in a village named Ghadne in Maharashtra. I have started farming of rice and other crops since 3 years.
It has been observed that in villages there is no birth or death registry that takes place.
I want to understand what is the procedure that has been followed by these villagers cause they have crematoriums at every corner and they take the body and cremate.
similarly if the child is borne their names are not registered till such time they are admitted to school. more

Earlier , there was the practice of approaching Gram Panchayat Offices to report for the Birth or the Death . In recent decades , doe to the diversified civic activities , the issue of Certificate of Birth and the recognition of such Certificate issued by every Municipality was started to be legally establish . The Practice if discontinued in Village Panchayat Offices or , whether some Villages did not apply this is to be confirmed by the State and this is very important . more
