The position

We’re looking for a young and energetic individual to join our team as a “Visual designer” in our development office in Noida. Working closely with our product and development teams,the person will be responsible for creation of user interfaces and visual experiences across the full spectrum of our projects /products across desktop, mobile and tablets.

Responsibilities:

• • Produce and deliver quality, emerging design collateral in accordance with the requirements of a given project from concept to final deliverable.
• • Present and articulate the rationale for design solutions based on best practices and current industry standards
• • Design, develop and maintain the product icon library
• • Support the products with branded graphics – product icons, splash screen graphics,visual marketing collaterals
• • Use established layout principles and innovate to achieve a desired design direction
• • Ensure consistency and integrity behind our product brand and brand guidelines.
• • Have an intuitive ability to transform data into understanding- strong infographic design skills and narrative visual storytelling abilities
• • Ensure visual consistency in appearance and interaction of visual content in multiple browsers, platforms and screen sizes.
• • Always be on the lookout for new technology, design trends and emerging UI patterns

Experience:

• • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual designer role and a portfolio of design solutions across a spectrum of platforms and services
• • Experience with design systems, toolkits and front end UI standards
• • Strong appreciation and knowledge of typography and visual design principles
• • Experience of designing for multiple platforms - Desktop, Mobile web, Android, iOS and Tablet web/apps
• • Must be able to take ownership of the project from concept design to completion – including but not limited to storyboards, sketches, prototypes and pixel-perfect artworks.
• • Should be well versed with design programs such as Adobe design suite, InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• • Knowledge of Dreamweaver and Flash, html and html5 is desirable
